Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Team Day
1 Day Workshop
In exploring the powerful concepts within MBTI, team members will learn about themselves, each other and the nature of their interdependent relationship.
We all have different inherent qualities. Just like ‘handedness’ – being left of right handed – we each have preferences in the way we relate to the world, process information and make decisions.
MBTI helps us understand those inherent tendencies in ourselves and others. It helps us to see order in seemingly random human behaviours:
- How do you restock your stores of energy?
- How do you best take in new information?
- How do you make decisions?
- How do you relate to the outside world?
By first understanding these inherent qualities about ourselves and then learning how to read the tendencies of our team mates, we can greatly mature our own contribution to the interdependent nature the team environment.
Members of Healthy Teams have a deep understanding of themselves, their team mates and the way they work together. MBTI can help you and your team take a giant step towards deep understanding and true interdependence.
Check out this episode of the Team Guru Podcast where we explore the theory, philosophy and practical steps teams take as they develop together.
